For weeks I've been investigating the cabbie killer with a certain morbid fascination. Upon realizing this is in real time, I needed a GUI interface using Visual Basic to track an ip address. Luckily, I can simply download this instead of making my own. Thanks to you, I have been able to track down over nine thousand killers.
